Kumihimo Festival 2006 is now a pleasant memory. It was a wonderful gathering for all. The dates for next year's festival have not yet been established so keep an eye on this site. We'll post them as soon as they are established. Rodrick Owen will be a featured lecturer at the Kumihimo Conference being organized for Kyoto in November of 2007. Also watch for information and reviews of Rodrick's new Takadai double weave braiding software. It is absolutely remarkable. You can go to Braidershand for information or to order. Pacific Textile Arts will not be conducting its usual Kumihimo Fair in 2007 because of the exciting International Kumihimo Conference to be held in November 2007 in Kyoto, Japan.
