Basketry Workshop at Mendo Art Center
Sue Miller is teaching a Basketry Weekend Workshop at the Mendocino Art Center September 22-23. She says " We will use natural materials found in Mendocino and reed to create beautiful shapes and textures.  The class is for beginners to advanced.  Call me at 946-0622 or email me at slmiller@mcn.org for more information or register at

The third and last month of our "Trash to Treasures" recycled fiber art exhibit will open Sept. 7, First Friday, and we are hoping to refresh it with some new items made from recycled material of any kind.  If you have something you'd like to include during the month of Sept., please let me know or bring it to 450 Alger St., Ft. Bragg, Thurs. 1:30 to 3:30 or Sat. 11 to 1.  Much appreciated!
