About PTA Library Kumihimo Membership Links

PACIFIC TEXTILE ARTS is an organization dedicated to all aspects of the study and fabrication of textiles. We are run entirely by a group of generous volunteers who live on the Mendocino Coast in the vicinity of Fort Bragg, California. We are governed by a board of directors listed below and supported by textile enthusiasts in California as well as some very special people who live from New York to San Francisco.

Take a look at our "About PTA" page for more information about our activities.

We have now raised:
$60,000

for our "Move the Buildings Fund"

We still need to raise more because the permit fees for impact and drainage are more than we expected and our bid does not include the sidewalk and sidewalk driveway which we are required to install. We have now collected:
$60,000.

We are now collecting the money for pledges already made. Please send checks to:

The benefit performance with Mike and Leah Wollenberg was a glorious evening and we thank
Mike and Leah, Pattie and Max and
all who were concerned with its production

Due to Rodrick's illness, this year's Kumihimo
Festival has been cancelled. However, some of
the students are meeting at the Henhouse for
the week to braid and share information
